
Better Balance

For Seniors looking to gain more balance, to focus on strengthening core muscles, to promote stability and confidence in physical ability. The class will consist of mixed chair and standing exercises. Classes incorporate low-impact cardio, strength training, balance and flexibility. This class aims to help prevent falls and is packed with fun-filled music.

Improv For Seniors
Instructor: Cory Cooper
Improvisation develops one’s imagination and ability to generate new ideas. It aids one’s spontaneity and ability to be present without preconceived ideas. It helps with one’s ability to take risks and overcome the fear of failure and judgement. It encourages both adults and youth to ‘think on their feet’.
