
Chair Fitness Fusion

This class combines chair fitness with yoga for a ninety minute fun and gentle workout. In this class we focus on strength, balance and cardiovascular health, and finish with yoga stretches, breath work and deep relaxation. All while sitting! Use of resistance bands and weights.
