An introduction to Qigong practice focusing on releasing tensions and restoring vitality. This features extensive warm ups including breathing, stretches and self-massage, then flows; soft flowing movements which build to create a 5 elements flow routine.

Tuesdays : 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
