For Seniors looking to gain more balance, to focus on strengthening core muscles, to promote stability and confidence in physical ability. The class will consist of mixed chair and standing exercises. Classes incorporate low-impact cardio, strength training, balance and flexibility. This class aims to help prevent falls and is packed with fun-filled music.
